MEDICAL DIRECTOR:
Dennis W. Coombs, MD is currently President of Coombs Pain Management Institute, Lebanon, NH. Dr. Coombs was formerly Professor and First Garth professor of Anesthesiology (Emeritus) at Dartmouth Medical School & Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Hanover, NH and Professor and Chairperson, Dept. of Anesthesiology & Pain Management, University of Nebraska, Omaha, NE. Dr. Coombs has already made three trips to Zambia and Tanzania since 2001 as a medical volunteer.
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Martha VanDeMark, RN joined GPR in 2003 as a volunteer staff member, to assist the organization in its fund-raising and outreach efforts. Her nursing experience includes 9 years of rehabilitative case management, 5 years of community-based and 3 years of hospital-based nursing, as well as some marketing experience.
