Global Pain Relief Foundation, Ltd.
Global Pain Relief Foundation is a Vermont-based non-profit organization formed to provide therapeutic pain management and education in developing countries lacking resources.

  • WE INTEND TO:

  • Create volunteer teams of pain specialists, nurses and medical students to provide treatment and to educate indigenous care providers in current pain therapies
  • Establish a network of GPR sites comprised of several small hospitals (some already existing) in Mwandi, Shiseke and Sioma, Zambia, as well as Selian Masaai Hospital in Arusha, Tanzania
  • Develop a new clinic site near the Congo-Angola border in northwestern Zambia, for refugees from these countries
  • Collect and deliver medications, medical supplies and equipment to GPR educational and treatment sites
  • Procure two mobile medical/surgical units to provide modern imaging and advanced pain therapy treatments to the network of GPR centers in each country
